Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Priora at https://www.priora.space("Priora", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Priora is a web application that helps founders scope an MVP through blind prioritisation, scope scoring, and optional Pro features including Review and document export. We may update features over time; material changes will be communicated where required.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@priora.space if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Free tier features are available without payment.
  • Pro monthly is billed monthly via Stripe until you cancel. Pro yearly (€249/year) is billed once every 12 months until you cancel and grants a discount compared to monthly.
  • Founders (€199 one-time) grants lifetime access to Pro features under a fair-use policy. Fair use means normal individual use of the workflow (Assistant touchpoints, Discovery, PrioraDocs). If usage patterns clearly indicate abuse (for example, automated bulk usage or reselling of Assistant output), we may contact you to agree on reasonable limits.
  • Sunset for Founders. Lifetime means lifetime of the Founders offering. If we ever fully sunset the Founders plan, we will give at least 90 days written notice by email and offer either a comparable plan or a pro-rata refund of the Founders fee.
  • Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
  • You may cancel Pro monthly or Pro yearly anytime through the Stripe billing portal; paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Founders refund window. Founders buyers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not downloaded a PrioraDocs pack. After a PrioraDocs pack has been downloaded, the Founders fee is non-refundable.
  • For Pro monthly and Pro yearly, refunds are handled case-by-case for billing errors; we do not offer refunds for partial periods after Assistant or PrioraDocs usage.

4. Your content and PrioraDocs

You retain ownership of project data you enter (feature names, scores, notes, Discovery answers). You also own the PrioraDocs (PRD, Dev Plan, Summary, Checklist, and any exported .zip) that Priora generates for your project and may use them for any purpose, including commercial, without further licence from us.

You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service, including sending the minimum relevant content to subprocessors (Firebase, Stripe, Resend, Railway, OpenAI, and web research providers) when you use Pro Assistant, Discovery, or document generation. 5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service or its API
  • Scrape the Priora Assistant, harvest its output at scale, or use its output to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or otherwise build a competing product or model
  • Upload competitor projects sourced from private data; you may reference public competitor URLs only, and only for personal research inside your own project. The Competitors / Inspiration field accepts publicly reachable URLs only. Do not paste URLs behind authentication, paywalls, or private staging environments, and do not paste content you do not have the right to share.
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or private third-party content
  • Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or security controls
  • Resell, sublicense, or share account access without our written permission

6. Disclaimers

Priora provides scoping tools and suggestions, not professional advice. Assistant and Review output may be incomplete or incorrect. You are solely responsible for product decisions and anything you ship. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you actually paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes and contact
