Privacy Policy

Priora("Priora", "we") respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect when you use https://www.priora.space and how we use it.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: email, display name, authentication identifiers (Firebase Auth), and optional profile photo from Google sign-in.
  • Project data: project names, feature lists, blind and refined priority scores, Scope Score metrics, Discovery Briefs, saved Assistant analyses (MicroScan, FeatureCoach, Scope Review, follow-ups), generated PrioraDocs, and preferences you save.
  • Billing data: subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers. Payment card details are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and security logs (rate limits, audit events) needed to protect the service.

2. How we use data

  • Provide and secure the Priora workflow
  • Process subscriptions and support requests
  • Run Pro Assistant touchpoints you invoke (MicroScan, FeatureCoach, Scope Review, follow-up questions) and generate PrioraDocs on request
  • Send transactional email (sign-in reset, receipts, delivery of PrioraDocs)
  • Improve reliability and prevent abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Subprocessors

We use trusted providers to run Priora. Most are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred and processed outside the EEA/UK under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses where required).

  • Google Firebase (US): authentication, Firestore database, secure ID token verification.
  • Stripe (US/IE): payments, subscription billing, and the customer portal.
  • Railway (US): application hosting and runtime.
  • Resend (US): transactional email delivery (password resets, receipts, document delivery links).
  • OpenAI (US): Pro Assistant touchpoints (MicroScan on features you add, FeatureCoach on reveal, Scope Review with follow-up questions) and document generation (PRD, Dev Plan, Summary, Checklist). We send the minimum context needed (feature names, scores, scope metrics, your saved preferences). Under our API configuration, your data is not used to train OpenAI models.
  • Web research providers (Tavily, Serper, or Brave Search): used only when configured, and only for Pro Discovery/Review touchpoints that ground suggestions in public sources. We send short research queries derived from your project; we do not send full projects.
  • Perplexity (US): used only when you add competitor / inspiration URLs during Discovery. We send each public URL you supply plus a short project pitch so Perplexity can extract a public product profile (USP, tone, pricing). We do not send your feature list, personas, email, or full project description to Perplexity.

4. Retention

  • Account, projects, features, scope scores, Discovery briefs, saved Assistant analyses, and generated PrioraDocs are retained while your account is active. Delete anytime from the app.
  • Research briefs generated by Discovery are stored with the parent project and deleted when the project is deleted.
  • Security logs (rate limits, audit events) are retained up to 30 days.
  • Billing records may be retained longer as required by tax and accounting law.

5. Deletion and export

You may delete projects in the app. Delete your account and all associated data from Account → Danger zone at /account. You can export your data first from Account → Your data. For help, email support@priora.space.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

Priora uses essential cookies only (session, CSRF). No analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers. See our Cookies page for details.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, rate limiting, and industry-standard practices. No online service is completely secure; please use a strong password and protect your account.
